Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Sales And Marketing based in Bangalore Urban. The primary responsibilities of the role include coordinating and executing sales and marketing strategies, leading the sales team, identifying potential markets, cultivating business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, strategizing promotional campaigns, and reporting sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing management
  • Strong understanding of the solar energy sector and EPC projects
  • Experience in team leadership and ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Experience in business development and relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
