HR Executive
who will play a critical role in driving recruitment, shaping organizational culture, and strengthening employee communication.

Role Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience and effective induction for new hires.

Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives that build a positive work culture.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring organizational values are reinforced across teams.

Employee Communication & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and communication.
  • Facilitate transparent and proactive communication between management and employees.
  • Draft HR communications, newsletters, and announcements.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support payroll inputs and compliance requirements in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) tasks
  • Proficiency in Training & Development
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
