HR Executive
who will play a critical role in driving recruitment, shaping organizational culture, and strengthening employee communication.
Role Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience and effective induction for new hires.
Culture & Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives that build a positive work culture.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring organizational values are reinforced across teams.
Employee Communication & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and communication.
- Facilitate transparent and proactive communication between management and employees.
- Draft HR communications, newsletters, and announcements.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support payroll inputs and compliance requirements in coordination with the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) tasks
- Proficiency in Training & Development
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
