Specialist in Fees and Billing

The Specialist in Fees and Billing team is responsible for setting up and maintaining the explicitly billed and debited plan or participant fees, one-time fees, and ongoing fee/billing rules.

Responsibilities
  • Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures.
  • Research issues identified using the EASY system, working with case managers, relationship managers, and others as needed. This includes making recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues identified.
  • Participates in ad-hoc projects within the team as needed.
  • Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to the supervisor.
  • Deliver superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
