Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and high-volume roles. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in bulk hiring, excellent sourcing strategies, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BPO and volume hiring roles (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure hiring targets and timelines are consistently met
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
- Conduct job fairs and bulk hiring drives as needed
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet future staffing needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO and volume/bulk hiring
- Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing hiring needs
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in walk-in and mass recruitment drives
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
