About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team as Recruitment Associates, Analysts, or Specialists

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports on hiring progress.
  • Analyze hiring data and recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and data management standards.
  • Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination as needed.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in industries such as IT or Healthcare.
