Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Associate based in Bengaluru. As a Recruitment Associate, you will handle key tasks such as sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting interviews, managing the end-to-end hiring processes, and building strong communication channels with both internal stakeholders and candidates. You will play a vital role in identifying skilled professionals that align with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Screening
  • Proficiency in conducting effective candidate interviews and evaluating suitability
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with applicants and collaborating with internal teams
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices or experience in tech hiring is a plus
