Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and analytical KAM to oversee and expand relationships with our most strategic sellers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Excel skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis, enabling them to derive actionable insights and drive seller success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage key accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities Seller Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key apparel sellers, serving as the primary point of contact. Strategic Account Planning: Understand seller objectives and develop tailored account plans to meet their needs and drive mutual growth. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports. Problem Resolution: Address seller issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution and maintain seller satisfaction. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring seller satisfaction. Qualifications Education: Fashion graduate preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
