Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Business Development Manager to manage and grow branch and institutional/corporate business portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, with excellent customer-handling and negotiation skills. The candidate must be ready to adapt to the financial planning industry, learn our workflow model, and drive results through professionalism and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of branch and corporate sales,including prospecting, onboarding, and client servicing.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and customers.
  • Follow up with clients regularly, understand requirements, and ensure seamless order management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle– lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing deals, and account management.
  • Managing and handling sales team.
  • Handle and manage appointments.
  • Generating sales through sales team.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing and Sales.
  • Prior experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial planning added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Professional appearance and business etiquette are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across cities for client visits and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
