About the Role:

We are looking for a
highly driven Advertising Specialist
to join our in-house team and lead paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.

You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign ROI through strategic ad planning and performance optimization.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Perform market research and audience segmentation for targeted ad strategies
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA)
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify what works
  • Use tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
  • Deliver performance reports with data-driven insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Facebook & Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
  • Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and funnel building
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for performance marketing
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Experience in BPO, lead generation, or service-based industries
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
