About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven
E-commerce Specialist
to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, improving online visibility, driving traffic, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and conversion metrics to identify areas for growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid promotions.
  • Oversee order management, fulfillment accuracy, and returns/refund processes in coordination with operations teams.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain accurate and visually appealing product pages.
  • Analyze and report on key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment).
  • Ensure adherence to platform policies, brand guidelines, and pricing integrity.
  • Work with tech and analytics teams to improve website UX, page speed, and overall performance.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitive landscape to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital sales.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online merchandising principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a product-based or D2C company preferred.

Good to Have

  • Experience in marketplace advertising (AMS, Sponsored Ads).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social commerce, and affiliate marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website CMS tools.
