Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Logistics & Fulfillment Executive (Shiprocket & Shopify Specialist) located in Kolkata.

  1. Manage and monitor daily orders through Shiprocket linked to Shopify.

  2. Ensure shipping labels, courier allocation, pickups, and tracking updates are executed without delays

  3. Coordinate with courier partners for faster dispatches & escalations

  4. Track RTO orders, delivery failures, cancellations, & reversals and reduce logistics losses

  5. Maintain high delivery success rate & low return rate

  6. Update customers with tracking status if required

  7. Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure reattempts.

  8. Maintain reports on daily shipments, delays, and resolutions

Required Skills:
1. Must have hands-on experience with Shiprocket panel

  1. Knowledge of Shopify order panel & integrations

  2. Strong understanding of courier selection, serviceability, weight reconciliation

  3. Ability to follow up with courier partners & resolve logistics issues

  4. Good communication & basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Preferred Experience:
1–3 years in E-commerce Order Fulfillment / Logistics Management
