Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Executive (Cosmetics) role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Ecommerce Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including listing products, monitoring sales, and optimizing product pages. They will also handle customer inquiries, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, and implement online marketing strategies to boost sales. Additionally, the candidate will analyze sales data, prepare reports, and stay updated with industry trends to make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing ecommerce platforms and online stores
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the cosmetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
