We are looking for a results-driven 
Digital Marketing Specialist
 with proven expertise in managing 
paid campaigns across Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
, targeting diverse geographies including 
India, the US, UK, and Singapore

Responsibilities

 
Strategize & Execute Paid Campaigns:

  • Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on 
    Instagram Ads

    Google AdWords
    , and 
    LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.

 
Budget Ownership:

  • Handle monthly and quarterly budgets for India and international regions (US/UK/Singapore).
  • Optimize spend and allocation to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.

 
Performance Analytics:

  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging, creatives, and bidding strategies.

 
Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content, creative, and technology teams to build landing pages, ad assets, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Present performance reviews and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

 
Innovation:

  • Stay on top of platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising.
  • Experiment with A/B tests, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Plan and manage high-impact campaigns on 
    Instagram Ads

    Google AdWords
    , and 
    LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B and B2C segments across different countries.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years
     of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of 
    campaign management for multiple geographies
    , including cultural nuances and market dynamics.
  • Experience in managing monthly budgets of
    INR 8-10 lacs
    of varying scales (small to enterprise-level).
  • Deep familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
