Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Paid Media Specialist
to oversee and optimize our paid digital advertising efforts. This remote, part-time role involves managing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to maximize engagement, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Execute split tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Stay informed about updates and innovations in paid media channels to continuously enhance campaign performance

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the Indian market and digital advertising landscape in Bengaluru is advantageous
