About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving ROI, analyzing data, and staying ahead of advertising trends.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for conversions and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce effective ad copy and visuals.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient ad spend.
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other key advertising metrics.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into action.
- Creative mindset with experience in ad copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree must in related field.
