Senior Brand Partnership Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Onboarding
    : Identify, pitch, and onboard brands seeking influencer marketing solutions.
  • Client Strategy
    : Collaborate with clients to understand campaign goals and design creative, tailored influencer marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management
    : Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from influencer selection to content delivery—ensuring flawless coordination and impactful results.
  • Negotiation & ROI Maximization
    : Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with clients, ensuring value-driven partnerships and mutual satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Stay updated on the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and social media shifts to design innovative sales and partnership strategies.
  • Performance & Reporting
    : Monitor campaigns, track performance metrics, and deliver insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future success.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    sales, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    negotiation, communication, and presentations
    .
  • Existing
    industry relationships
    with influencers and the ability to cultivate new connections.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and campaign management tools
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, or related field
    .
