Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized Livestream Operations Executive to ensure the seamless day-to-day execution of our livestream programs. You will be responsible for booking traffic slots, coordinating with internal teams, managing creatives, and tracking performance to deliver high-quality shows that drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage daily livestream traffic slots across Lazada platforms.
- Maintain the Laz Live page, ensuring alignment with campaign calendars.
- Coordinate with commercial, traffic, and production teams for accurate livestream scheduling.
- Brief and manage creative assets (banners, thumbnails, featured placements) with the design team.
- Oversee livestream execution, providing real-time operational support to hosts and crew.
- Monitor show quality, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure operational excellence during key campaign periods, including late-night support during the campaign period.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, or traffic management in e-commerce, media, or advertising.
- Meticulous, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during campaigns.
- Knowledge of livestreaming and social commerce trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
