We are looking for a Campaign Operations Apprentice to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will support our global marketing organization by setting up and executing campaigns in Marketo and collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns are well designed and deliver results. What
you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with the global campaign operations managers to understand and meet program requirements and objectives
- Learn to create programs in Marketo and SFDC, including campaign attributes and hierarchy structure, following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting
- Learn to build targeted audience lists adhering to the company's privacy and touch governance policies
- Learn about the Campaign Operations QA process and bring optimizations related to AI in the QA process
- Assist in the development and implementation of campaign operations best practices and standard operating procedures
- Effectively communicate and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and results
What
you'll bring:
- Experience or basic knowledge with different marketing technologies and operational systems
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning about the impact our marketing efforts have on the business
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or EE required
