About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Apprentice to join our team for a 6-month apprenticeship. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities across departments.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
  • Help monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain records and update databases as required.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline (preferably Business, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
