Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Accounts Trainer (US) at KMK. The Accounts Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to staff, developing training materials, and ensuring all trainees are proficient in the necessary accounting and tax procedures. The role involves hands-on training, creating and updating training documentation, and providing ongoing support to staff to enhance their accounting skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of US accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and developing training materials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools like Quickbooks
  • Ability to work independently and mentor trainees
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications are beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the accounting and tax industry
