Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on QuickBooks Online and F&A fundamentals.
- Conduct live sessions, recorded video lessons, and interactive workshops based on curriculum requirements.
Provide hands-on training with QBO software, covering areas such as:
Chart of Accounts
- Invoicing & Billing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Financial Reporting
Vendor & Customer Management
Teach core Accounting & Finance principles, including:
Journal Entries
- Ledger Management
- Trial Balance
- Final Accounts
- Budgeting & Forecasting
GST / Taxation (if applicable)
Evaluate participants learning and provide feedback through assessments, quizzes, and one-on-one sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest QBO updates and accounting standards to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with other trainers, SMEs, and the content development team to continuously improve training quality.
- Provide post-training support and address learner queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Certification in QuickBooks Online (preferred).
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online in a professional capacity.
- At least 2 years of experience in training or mentoring roles in F&A or accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in US/UK Accounting processes.
- Knowledge of other accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Tally, SAP) is a plus.
- Prior experience in EdTech / BPO / KPO environments.
- Ability to customize training as per audience (freshers, mid-level professionals, etc.).
