Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on QuickBooks Online and F&A fundamentals.
  • Conduct live sessions, recorded video lessons, and interactive workshops based on curriculum requirements.
  • Provide hands-on training with QBO software, covering areas such as:

  • Chart of Accounts

  • Invoicing & Billing
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Financial Reporting
  • Vendor & Customer Management

  • Teach core Accounting & Finance principles, including:

  • Journal Entries

  • Ledger Management
  • Trial Balance
  • Final Accounts
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • GST / Taxation (if applicable)

  • Evaluate participants learning and provide feedback through assessments, quizzes, and one-on-one sessions.

  • Stay updated with the latest QBO updates and accounting standards to ensure training content remains relevant.
  • Collaborate with other trainers, SMEs, and the content development team to continuously improve training quality.
  • Provide post-training support and address learner queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Certification in QuickBooks Online (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online in a professional capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training or mentoring roles in F&A or accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online training tools like Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in US/UK Accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of other accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Tally, SAP) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in EdTech / BPO / KPO environments.
  • Ability to customize training as per audience (freshers, mid-level professionals, etc.).
