We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, Amazon, and more. The ideal candidate is data-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about ROAS, CPCs, CTRs, and conversions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon.
  • Monitor daily budgets, performance KPIs, and campaign health metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create engaging ad assets and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and D2C/B2C growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Shopify and GA4.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce, D2C, or FMCG brands is a big plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
