Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving performance metrics, conducting data analysis, developing performance management strategies, and performing performance testing. The role includes working closely with various departments to ensure that performance objectives are met and sustained. The specialist will also be involved in communicating performance results and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
