We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take the lead in scaling our digital marketing efforts and help us reach millions of customers across India.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Booncart, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing data-driven paid marketing campaigns. You will manage high-value ad budgets across multiple platforms, analyse performance metrics, and continuously innovate to maximize ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Affiliate channels.
  • Drive measurable results in terms of ROI, ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize paid campaigns for scale while maintaining efficiency in spend.
  • Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor, analyse, and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to align campaigns with Booncarts branding and customer expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, ad formats, and trends in performance marketing and e-commerce.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 46 years of proven experience in performance marketing within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping Ads, Display, and Video campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale ad spends (7–8 figures annually).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and data-driven reporting dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
