G M Fabrics is hiring for the role of "Brand Manager" in the marketing team.

Job location: Marol, Andheri(East)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Define and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning.
  • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor advertising.
  • Develop creative and engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence through effective content marketing.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of the textile market, consumer trends, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
