Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a ServiceNow Trainer located in Pune. The ServiceNow Trainer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in ServiceNow concepts, delivering theoretical and hands-on training sessions, and creating effective training materials. The trainer will ensure students develop the necessary skill sets for ServiceNow roles. Responsibilities include supporting student queries, conducting assessments, and adjusting teaching methodologies for optimal learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Conduct end-to-end training sessions on ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, custom apps, etc.).
- Create and maintain training content: presentations, exercises, assessments, labs.
- Track learner performance and give clear improvement feedback.
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
- Work with our internal tech teams to convert real implementations into practical training.
- Help design structured learning paths and certification prep.
- Offer post-training guidance / mentorship to learners.
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years hands-on work in ServiceNow (implementation / admin / developer / support / consulting).
- Strong communication and clarity in explaining concepts to non-experts.
- Ability to run live online sessions confidently.
