Urgent Hiring || Business Analyst || PuneProfile: Business analystExperience: Min 5 to 8 yearsCTC : upto 15–20 lpa (depend on the interview)Location - PuneWorking days – 5days (9 to 6pm or 10 to 7pm)Job DescriptionCaptures customer’s and service providers’ requirements into user stories, helps to solution the approach and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developersPerforms thorough data analysis in order to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customisationDesigns and execute E2E training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staffSupport the test phases with the test teamAssists in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developersSupport and create any necessary project documentation that relates to evidencing our requirements and their traceability. Documenting our processes and procedures and supporting the creation of solution and operations documentsVery good Understanding Scrum MethodologyWillingness and quick learning of new business domainsExpert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, self-starter able to work independentlyInterpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team membersStrong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,Decompose high-level information into details,Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team membersUse of industry recognized technologies line MS applications in order to facilitate work environmentDemonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior level5 to 8 years of experience in performing Business analyst role for various market leading Enterprise Service Management/CRM tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMCPreferred experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, GRC modules
