Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Support Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Support Executive will handle client inquiries, provide solutions for customer issues, and maintain service quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include direct communication with clients, troubleshooting problems, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Time management, organization, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in relevant office tools, reporting software, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in support roles or customer service, with an understanding of industry best practices for service-oriented positions.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the Tours & Travels or Organic Products industries is an added advantage.
