Location: Mohali (India)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international call center or any role demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Salary: INR 28K-35K

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process accurate quotations for clients/customers
Analyze shipment details to provide cost-effective and timely solutions
Communicate effectively with customers via calls and email
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and precise quote delivery
Maintain updated rate sheets, tariffs, and quotation logs in Excel and internal systems
Review customer inquiries to ensure high service quality and quick turnaround times
Follow up with customers to clarify shipment details and improve quote accuracy
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in an international call center
Strong understanding of Mathematics
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong typing and data-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
