Role Summary:

The
Graphic Designer

will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of all visual materials for the HKL Foundation. This includes digital assets for social media, website graphics, presentation slides, and occasional print materials. The ideal candidate will have a clean, thoughtful design aesthetic that can visually communicate the core values of
humility, kindness, and love

in a professional and uplifting manner.

Location
: Full-time in Chandigarh / Mohali

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Graphics:

Design engaging, on-brand visuals for daily social media posts, stories, ad campaigns, and profile banners.
- Brand Consistency:

Maintain and evolve the Foundation's visual identity, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and image style.
- Infographics & Data Visualization:

Create clear, engaging infographics to illustrate complex ideas, program impact, or statistics related to the Foundation's work.
- Template Design:

Develop reusable design templates (e.g., for presentations, social media quotes, event promotions) for efficient content creation.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with the
Content Writer

to ensure visual design and messaging are perfectly aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles for digital media (e.g., aspect ratios, file optimization, web resolution).
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a design style that is clean, accessible, and evokes a sense of peace and positivity.
  • Passion for creating visuals that carry a message of humility, kindness, and love.
