Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and proficiency in graphic design and video editing software. This role will involve creating compelling visual content across various platforms to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging video & reels content from concept to completion, including storyboarding, video shooting, editing, color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Edit and enhance existing video footage to produce professional-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and video editing to continually improve skills and workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual content and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain an organized file management system to ensure easy access to project assets and resources.
• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, or related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums and platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
