What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Research & Ideate:
 Conduct creative research to stay ahead of design trends and discover unique inspiration for a diverse range of projects.

Understand & Collaborate:
 Work closely with the team to deeply understand client requirements and translate their vision into a clear design strategy.

Design & Create:
 Craft high-quality, visually captivating graphic design solutions—from initial concepts to flawless final deliverables.

Brand & Elevate:
 Uphold and contribute to client brand identities, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative assets.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

A True Creative:
 You possess a powerful creative vision and a portfolio that showcases your artistic talent and originality. Your creativity is your greatest asset.

·       
Technically Proficient:
 You have mastered industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and are comfortable navigating a professional design workflow.

·       
Proven Experience:
 You have 
2-3 years
 of professional graphic design experience. Your portfolio is more important than your formal qualifications—we want to see your skill in action.

Passionate & Professional:
 You are deeply passionate about design and bring a serious, dedicated, and professional mindset to your work. You are committed to delivering excellence and meeting deadlines.
