Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor cum Digital Marketer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor cum Digital Marketer. The ideal candidate will have a flair for visual storytelling, a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to create engaging visual content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertising collateral.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos for digital campaigns, client presentations, tutorials, and brand stories.
  • Edit video content to meet organizational and brand standards, including adding effects, music, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive branding and campaign strategies.
  • Manage and update visual content across digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, generate analytical reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on design trends, video production techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Support the creation of marketing presentations and pitches for business development.
  • Perform basic animations and motion graphics as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, video editor, and digital marketer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing projects.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content marketing strategies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Exposure to online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads).
  • Working knowledge of Canva and other quick design tools.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
