We are hiring a Google Ads Expert to manage and scale high-performance paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max.

This role demands strong hands-on expertise in paid search strategy, keyword planning, campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and driving scalable ROI across multiple business verticals including Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, and Technology products.Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube, and Retargeting.
  • Build strong keyword structures including high-intent, competitor, location-based, long-tail, and dynamic search campaigns.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager events, enhanced conversions, and troubleshoot tracking issues.
  • Create, test, and optimise ad copies, extensions, landing page suggestions, and offer variations.

Performance Optimisation

  • Monitor daily performance and implement fast optimisations to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing for bidding strategies, match types, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
  • Improve landing page experience and conversion rates by sharing insights with design and development teams.
  • Build and manage full-funnel strategies for Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, and Tech-focused campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CVR, and Quality Score.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and clear action plans.
  • Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for advanced tracking and reporting.

Research & Competitor Insights

  • Conduct keyword research, industry trend analysis, and competitive ad analysis.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale campaigns and improve cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Keyword research and structuring
  • Bidding strategies (Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, ROAS, Manual bidding)
  • Conversion tracking and analytics
  • Audience segmentation and remarketing
  • Experience handling medium to high-budget campaigns with measurable performance results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality, E-commerce, or Tech campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, SEO, web, and performance teams.
  • Case studies or performance examples are a plus.
