We are currently seeking a skilled Google & YouTube Ads Manager to drive our campaign performance through strategic ad placements and conversion-focused landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and YouTube ad campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Develop targeted campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Oversight:
  • Manage and optimize campaigns with a proven track record of handling at least ₹10 lakh in ad spend.
  • Ensure efficient use of budget to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, etc.).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing campaigns.
  • Creative & Landing Page Optimization:
  • Collaborate on creating engaging ad creatives and video content for YouTube.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages that are aligned with ad messaging to drive conversions.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
  • Leverage Google Ads and YouTube targeting options to reach the right audience segments.
  • Implement remarketing strategies and advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google and YouTube advertising to keep our campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google and YouTube ad campaigns with budgets of at least ₹10 lakh.
  • Proven track record in driving campaign performance and conversions.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, YouTube advertising best practices, analytics tools, and conversion tracking methods.
  • Creativity & Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and video content while leveraging data to drive campaign decisions.
  • Working Hours:
  • Must be available to work part-time from our Titanium City Center office in Anandnagar, Ahmedabad.
  • Flexible schedule – choose any 2 hours between 9 AM and 7 PM.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present performance insights clearly.
