We're scaling fast and looking for an ads expert who knows how to make every dollar count.What You'll Be DoingMeta (Facebook & Instagram Ads): Build and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns for eCommerce and lead gen clients Conduct audience research, pixel setup, event tracking via Meta CAPI Run aggressive A/B testing on hooks, creatives, copy, placements Optimize based on CPL, ROAS, and LTV metrics Build retargeting and lookalike strategies across lifecycle stages Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube): Launch and optimize high-intent search and branded keyword campaigns Create scalable Performance Max and YouTube Video Action campaigns Run smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max conversions) Negative keyword strategy and custom audience refinementRequirements 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta + Google Ads campaigns Proven portfolio with ROAS/CPL screenshots or case studies Experience working with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel Knowledge of ad compliance, policy-safe funnel buildingBonus: experience in ClickFunnels, WordPress, or landing page optimization Comfortable working with remote tools: Slack, Notion, Google Sheets KPIs You'll Own Meta Ads ROAS: 3x+ for eCommerce, CPL under ₹150 for lead gen Google Ads CTR > 5%, Conversion Rate > 10% (Lead Gen) Reduce cost-per-qualified-lead or cost-per-purchase month over month Increase ad profitability within 60 days of campaign onboardingWhat You'll GetGrowth-focused environment: no fluff, just resultsDirect access to founders, creative team, and funnel strategistsOpportunity to scale 6-figure ad budgets across international clients Bi-weekly performance reviews & bonuses based on KPIs Work with a team obsessed with winning, testing, and scalingTo Apply: Send us your resume and a mini portfolio with: 2 Meta ad screenshots with performance stats 1 Google Ads campaign report or case study A 2-minute Loom video explaining your approach to scaling a cold audience campaignJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15, ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
