About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to take full ownership of planning, strategising, and executing paid ad campaigns. This role will be 100% responsible for driving results with a strong focus on achieving excellent ROAS for Google Ads. You will guide the creative team to produce high-quality ad content and ensure that campaigns meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management:

Take full ownership of planning, strategising, and executing Google and Facebook ad campaigns to achieve high ROAS.
- Conversion Tracking:

Set up and manage conversion tracking to measure campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Creative Guidance:

Lead and collaborate with designers and video editors to create effective ad creatives, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Analytics & Optimisation:

Use Google Analytics 4 to track and analyse performance, optimising campaigns to improve results continuously.
- Automation:

Implement automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ) to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Ad Copywriting:

Guide the creation of compelling ad copy with a strong focus on driving conversions.
- Google Tag Manager:

Utilise Google Tag Manager for seamless campaign tracking and to manage tags and triggers for precise data collection.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads with a focus on achieving strong ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking and Google Analytics 4.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tag management and tracking.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or
  • Strong ability to guide creatives and provide clear direction on content.
  • Expertise in ad copywriting and creating high-conversion ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
