Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Expert proficient in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising, based in Ahmedabad. As a Meta Ads Expert, you will oversee the creation, optimization, and performance monitoring of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Core responsibilities include targeting audience segments, crafting compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the design team, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Meta Ads platform (Facebook and Instagram) with hands-on experience in ad setup, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical skills to monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and make data-driven campaign adjustments.
• Proficiency in content strategy, ad copywriting, and developing visually engaging creative concepts.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including branding, lead generation funnels, and client engagement strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with industry tools like Google Analytics, business dashboards, or similar analytical platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a strong desire to stay updated with new digital advertising trends and tools.

About the Role:

FT Nexavvy is looking for an experienced
Meta Ads Expert
who can design, launch, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is all about ROI – reach, engagement, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
• Design full-funnel strategies: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion.
• Set up and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, Pixel, Events, and Conversions.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor ad performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and present results.

Required Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs – CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.
• Ability to scale campaigns while keeping costs optimized.
• Experience with retargeting, lead generation, and ecommerce ads.
• Bonus: Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads is a plus.

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of practical experience in running Meta Ads.
• Google/Meta Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Digital marketing agency experience is a bonus.
