Role Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage
    Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
    that align with client goals.
  • Conduct
    audience research
    to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Optimize campaigns for
    CPC, CTR, reach, and conversion rate
    .
  • Create
    compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B tests
    to improve ROI.
  • Track and report performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with
    Meta's latest advertising tools, trends, and policies
    .
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
    (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    1–3 years of hands-on experience
    in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven track record of
    running successful ad campaigns
    with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and analytics
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
    .
  • Knowledge of
    A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, analytical, and creative thinking
    skills.
  • Ability to
    manage multiple campaigns
    and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Certification in
    Meta Ads or Digital Marketing
    is an added advantage.

Salary

₹10k - ₹15k per month (depending on experience and portfolio)
