What are my Job Responsibilities?  

- Develop expertise on the SaaS offerings of BuildingX platform
- Understand the customer requirements and define onboarding targets
- Onboarding of customer sites
- Support Technical pre-sales
- Collaborate with R&D to impact the product gaps and quality

  • What do I need to be Eligible for this Role?
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any branch of engineering.
  • 6+ years in project solutioning.
  • Experience of working with end customers in aspects of understanding , implementing , onboarding and handing over projects
  • Proficiency in building automation domain
  • Understanding and practicing of process for delivering the SaaS offerings from HQ based portfolio to regional sales to end customer
  • Experience in automation of onboarding process to improve operational efficiencies
  • Understanding of the presales process . Any initiatives and experience in accelerating pre sales will be preferred
  • High energy , learnability, business orientation and aptitude is essential to perform the responsibilities of the role.
