We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead our overall business operations in the garments sector. This role involves driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing multiple departments, and ensuring smooth coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to achieve business targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives.
  • Business Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end business operations, including sales, marketing, production, supply chain, and retail.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales targets, explore new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
  • P&L Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best industry practices.
  • Reporting: Present regular performance reports, market insights, and business forecasts to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 08+ years in the garments sector with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, retail operations, and market trends.
