Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

  • Punch customer orders accurately in the system.
  • Verify packing slips against physical material.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of material.
  • Share invoices with concerned stakeholders.

2. Warehouse Management

  • Prepare and maintain purchase reports & freight sheets.
  • Conduct weekly stock verification.
  • Carry out periodic physical stock verification.
  • Manage material handling activities.
  • Raise stock indents as per requirement.

3. Sales Return

  • Verify sales return material and documentation.
  • Arrange callbacks and coordinate with sales for closure.

4. Transportation

  • Arrange transport for dispatches.
  • Share dispatch details with Sales team and Head Office.
  • Confirm delivery with transporters/customers.

5. Collection

  • Update collection information in Google Sheets based on sales team inputs (WhatsApp group updates).
  • Coordinate with sales team to resolve discrepancies.

6. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update D-Form records.
  • Prepare monthly branch claim reports.
  • Generate MIS reports as per management's request.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
