Job Description: Area Operations Manager - Chemist Box Private LimitedAbout Chemist Box Private Limited: Chemist BoxPrivate Limited, a prominent multi -outlet retail pharmacy chain in Bihar, With14 -15 physical stores with massive expansion plan.Position: Area Operations Manager.Location: Patna, Bihar Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentJob Description: The Multi -Store Pharmacy Manager willbe responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multipleoffline pharmacy stores within our organization. This role will requireeffective leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to ensuringthe highest level of customer service and regulatory compliance. Process Setup, training & Review.Set up all Process from branch openingto closing.Processes also include inventory,store & employee timing, audit, marketing, performance, offers etc.The training process concerns peoplein the store or head office.Review process at regular intervalsfor improvements.Operational Oversight:Manage and coordinate the day -to -dayoperations of all pharmacy stores.Ensure that each store is adequatelystaffed, and schedules are optimised for efficiency.Monitor inventory levels andcoordinate replenishment as needed.Implement and enforce companypolicies, procedures, and standards across all stores.Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise storemanagers and pharmacy staff.Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide constructive feedback.Foster a positive work environment andpromote teamwork among store employees.Customer Service:Maintain high standards of customerservice and resolve customer complaints or issues.Implement strategies to enhance customerexperience and loyalty. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all pharmacies adhere tolocal, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.Conduct regular compliance audits andtake corrective actions as needed. Financial Management:Monitor and analyse store financialperformance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.Develop and execute strategies toimprove store profitability. Inventory Management:Implement inventory control measuresto minimize waste and optimize stock levels.Monitor expiration dates and manageproduct recalls if necessary.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on storeperformance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.Present findings and recommendationsto senior management. RequirementsEducation & Experience QualificationMBA; Post Graduate Dip in Management.Three years plus experience in managingmultiple stores.
