Position: Academic Cluster Lead - (Technical )Job Role Description:The prime role of the Lead of the academic cluster is to provide strong academicleadership. The lead is responsible for the academic cluster and should manageeffectively by providing strategic direction and support to the highest standards ofacademic excellence. The Job scope involves the designing and development of the Programme structure,Syllabus Curriculum, Pedagogy, Resource allocation, Academic planning &Budgeting, Research activities, Faculty development and ensuring student successwith expertise to the technical domain.

The Lead will also be responsible for various academic initiatives such as Seminars /Conferences /Workshop/ Training programmes/Expert lectures etc; in topics ofrelevance and importance to the department. The Lead of the academic cluster should bring in active Industry academiccollaboration for student Internship and Value-added courses with respect to theirdomain. Should serve as a liaison with departments, professional associations, andregulatory agencies on academic matters.

To represent the BOS of the client Universities on academic matters and beresponsible and accountable for setting up and advancing the academic strategy ofthe Department in line with the University strategic plans and direction. Promote thevisibility of the University both internally and externally and ensure that all essentialresource material is made available for use as required. Functional/Technical skills:

• Should have worked in a similar role leading, overseeing, governing, growing and managing the department's academic affairs and prospects.
• Should be competent to drive existing and new programmes of the academic cluster for planned outcomes and identified objectives.
• Should be able to direct academic programmes, process, roles, and successful deliveries for new and existing clients.
• Good organizational skills with sound execution competencies, client centricity with compliances on the SLA and process outline.
• Monitor Academic standards on regular intervals, view the feedback from stakeholders, assess the impact and suggest measures for improvement.
• Provide support and suggestions to the specific projects on a collaborativeapproach for effective completion and success.

Eligibility: Master's degree and above in the domain specialization of IT/Computerscience, preferably from premium institutions, with 4-5 years of experience. Shouldbe familiar to the Higher Education segment and have Edtech work experience.
