We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple centres within a region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and student success.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region . He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centres. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centres achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue

Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.

Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.

Operations & Service Quality

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.

Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantu's brand promise.

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.

Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.

Market Expansion & Local Engagement

Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.

Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.

Marketing & Outreach

Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.

Performance Management

Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.

Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.

Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

812 years of experience in business operations, sales, or center management (experience in Education/EdTech )

Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units , 3-4 Branches .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).
