Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co he Cluster Sales Intern will assist the Cluster Sales team in driving revenue growth across multiple properties within a designated cluster. This role offers an opportunity to learn sales strategies, client management, and market analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.

Market research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities within the assigned cluster.

Lead generation: Help identify and qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, and outreach.

Customer relationship management: Support the team in maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM) and liaise with clients or vendors on behalf of sales managers.

Sales process observation: Attend sales meetings and shadow experienced sales representatives to learn about sales techniques, client interactions, and the entire sales lifecycle.

Data analysis: Assist with tracking and reviewing sales performance against targets and help analyze sales data to identify trends.

Special projects: Contribute to special projects and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

A professional and positive attitude.
