is a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand specializing in bracelets and all things devotional. We are growing our marketplace team and looking for a Marketplace Specialist who can manage the platform end-to-end and drive growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage end-to-end Amazon operations – Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking.
  • Strategise and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
  • Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Track sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with external & internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced D2C environment.
