Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities in the EPC Steel Fabrication sector focusing on Bridges, Industrial, and High-Rise Structures.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for steel infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to identify prospects, supervise opportunities, and convert leads.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with market developments.
- Plan and execute client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Generate and manage new business inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Erection and Execution Team for project alignment and delivery.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain financial discipline.
- Prepare and maintain market analysis reports and MIS data for management review.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of project costing and budget calculation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B / Project / Institutional Sales within Structural Steel Fabrication or Heavy Engineering industries.
- Proven experience in handling projects related to High-Rise Buildings, Warehouses, Data Centers, Bridges, Industrial Plants, or Stadiums.
- Educational background: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Civil preferred). MBA will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a short notice period (30 days) will be given preference.
