Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities in the EPC Steel Fabrication sector focusing on Bridges, Industrial, and High-Rise Structures.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for steel infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to identify prospects, supervise opportunities, and convert leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and client needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with market developments.
  • Plan and execute client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Generate and manage new business inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Erection and Execution Team for project alignment and delivery.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain financial discipline.
  • Prepare and maintain market analysis reports and MIS data for management review.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of project costing and budget calculation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B / Project / Institutional Sales within Structural Steel Fabrication or Heavy Engineering industries.
  • Proven experience in handling projects related to High-Rise Buildings, Warehouses, Data Centers, Bridges, Industrial Plants, or Stadiums.
  • Educational background: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Civil preferred). MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a short notice period (30 days) will be given preference.
