Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers to promote modular kitchen, wardrobes, vanities and TV units.
2. Identify business opportunities and collaborate with design professionals to integrate our offerings into their projects.
3. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to architects and designers, highlighting value propositions.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to develop strategic business plans.
5. Work closely with the studio sales teams to ensure alignment with business conversion. 6. Manage and expand the client base within the assigned territory.
7. Negotiate and finalise closures with clients in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant experience in modular kitchen, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in sales, business development and within the architectural and design industry.
3. Strong existing network of architects, designers, and specifiers.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in relevant industry, e.g., Modular kitchen and wardrobes, building materials, furniture, lighting, etc.
• Familiarity with Architect and Interiors fraternity Sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹90,428.92 per month
