Territory Sales Manager

Job description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager Sales to manage business development, distributor networks, and OEM relationships within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and strengthening partnerships across the automobile ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Manage relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Handle OEM sales across Tyre, Passenger Vehicle, and Commercial Vehicle segments, ensuring effective engagement and business development.
- Provide technical and product support to channel partners and end customers.
- Conduct training sessions on product features, applications, and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback for decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Qualifications & Experience;
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the Automobile or related industries — preferably with exposure to selling products or solutions to garages, workshops, and OEMs.
- Prior experience in selling garage equipment, auto parts, lubricants, or related products will be highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage dealer networks, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
